New visions at Park Hotel Sellin
With the purchase of the Park Hotel Sellin in 2021 by the owner Robert Besir, visions have emerged around the holiday property on the island of Rügen. A boutique hotel with a wellness oasis is being planned for a year-round destination.

Sellin itself is located to the east of the coastal high forest Granitz and in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin. The nature reserve on the ridge invites you to go hiking and cycling. Sea and lake for swimming, paddling and sailing. So it's no wonder that Sellin is one of the most popular seaside resorts on Rügen, along with Binz and Göhren. Park Hotel Sellin
The Park Hotel Sellin is characterised by a unique location, in the middle of the Rügen forest and lake landscape, near the pier in the middle of the Seepark. It was founded here in 1994. As a 3-star hotel and garni, it already has a good occupancy rate. Eight room categories are currently available. In addition to 37 standard and 13 comfort rooms, the hotel offers six suites, six family suites and three junior suites as well as three studios, one one-room and five two-room flats. All rooms are modern, spacious and functionally cut and designed. With the changes to a boutique hotel, year-round occupancy is envisaged. The highlight will be a swimming pool with recessed ceiling/floor glass.
